Once an order has been placed, it automatically goes to our warehouse for fulfillment, so unfortunately we cannot change or cancel the order.

General Return Period

We accept exchanges and returns for store credits on items purchased from Playhaus Costumes LLC within 14 days of the date of delivery. This gives you time to inspect your purchase and decide whether it meets your expectations.

Crediting Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your store credits within 7 business days.
