We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it will typically be prepared for shipment within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

When an item is available for preorder, it means the product does not have physical inventory yet, but we are expecting them to be fulfillable in the near future. An estimated ship date is sometimes available for your reference.

Once an order has been placed, it automatically goes to our warehouse for fulfillment, so unfortunately we cannot change or cancel the order.

General Return Period
We accept returns for items purchased from Playhaus Costumes LLC within 14 days of the date of delivery. This gives you time to inspect your purchase and decide whether it meets your expectations.

Exclusions
Please note that our return policy is subject to exceptions. We cannot accept returns between September 15 and October 31. This exclusion period aligns with the peak Halloween season when demand for costumes is high. During this time, we are unable to process returns due to the nature of the products and the seasonality of our business.

Free Returns
We value your satisfaction, and to provide you with a hassle-free experience, we offer free returns for items returned within the general return period (excluding the exclusion period mentioned above). You can return eligible items without incurring any return shipping charges.

Return Eligibility
For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached to the item.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the date of delivery, except during the exclusion period.
- Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order details and specify the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not shipping internationally through our website, but Amazon does offer international shipping. If you wish to check if our products ship to your country, please try and shop on our Amazon storefront.
